1. The First Call
Let’s get to know each other, shall we? This is our chance to learn about your event and what you’re looking for. What are your requirements, where and when is it, and what is your budget? We’ll tell you about our process (hint: keep reading) and we’ll ask you some questions about goals.

Location planning starts with high-level details, like where is your event? Is there a specific entrance we will load into? Next, we will discuss camera positions to ensure clean lines of sight and coordinate where our control area will be setup and where cables get run so they are safe and out of sight.
We will likely need to integrate with an in-house or other outside A/V vendor to get audio feeds of microphones and graphics feeds of PowerPoint and video playback. We handle all of these details and coordinate with the right people so you don’t have to think about things like HD-SDI or XLR signal flows
Whether you want to stream your event live to Facebook, youtube, a custom branded player embedded on your website, a password-protected event portal, or possibly just record the event for use after the event – we will help you navigate the choices and choose the approach that best meets your needs and goals.
4. Show Time!
This is when the surge of adrenaline hits. All of the planning has come down to this moment. If you’re picturing a crew of crazy talented people, fancy cameras, and a lot of cable – this is that time. This is when planning becomes execution and ideas becomes reality.
3. Load in and Setup
Before we arrive on site, we thoroughly test and prep all of the equipment for your event. On the day of your event, we often have a small window of time to get into the venue, setup, and tested. We staff our projects with skilled crew that have the experience to juggle any last minute curve balls that often come up at live events, all while keeping your project on track for successful completion.
5. On Demand
Your event can be available for on-demand viewing instantly after it ends, or we can edit a modified version for highlight reels, press kits, or even break up long presentations into smaller chapters for viewing by module. The possibilities and flexibility of ways we can help you maximize your content are limitless.
